Customer satisfaction is the main Ysora prior
1- If you were not satisfied from the items you received, we give you the opportunity, within 7 days, as the products are received, and return us, according to the process described latter, the products so as to be:
- changed or replaced
- taken or paied back
This process is not applied to Piercings, neither engraved jewels nor Guess jewels which are not taken back, neither changed nor refunded.
2- Return Procedure :
In order to send back us a jewel, your first have to contact our customer service : :servclient@ysora.com to introduce your request for exchange, replacement, reimbursement. Our customer service will give you all the data required to complete the return process.
3- Label number of origin :
In order to accept the return, Your jewel has to be given back with the intact label number of origin.
In the same time, the casket or box as any certificate which would have been given with your jewel have to be sent back. If we lack one of theses piece of documents or if the label number of origin were not intact, We could not replace your jewel, change it or give your money back.

4- Packaging of your returns:
The jewels and the boxes have to be intact when we receive them so as to make the exchange or the reimbursement.We advice tou to pack your product with plastic material or polystyrene.
5-Reimbursement:
In case of reimbursement, Ysora undertakes as your product is received, to pay back its amount, after deduction of the shipping and insurance fees of such a return. We will credit back your bank account with the amount.

Delivery
1- Ysora shipping aera is nowadays metropolitan France and the EU zone. Nevertheless, we also deliver out of europe for special orders.
Our delivery are made by la poste, through colissimo suivi.

Shipping cost are free for any purchase higher than 100 euro tax included.
2- Delivery time
Our jewels available on stock will be deliver in Metropolitan France within 72 working hours.
For jewels out of stock, our customer service will precise you the delivery time.
This delivery times are valid for fax or credit card payments.
The banking transfer and cheque payment process increase the delivery time.Indeed, We have to add around 10 days more for this process to be registered by our bank.Warning: Any order registered after 15:00 GMT wil be shipped only the next working day.
3- Postal box
For safety reasons, a signature is needed as reception of your order.We cannot make any shipping to a PO Box. You should give a delivery address to obtain a signature on the delivery slip.
